One agent ships in acn-pursuit-toolkit. Invoke it for strategy and framing work — not for client-facing proposal prose.
rfp-response-strategist
Section titled “rfp-response-strategist”- When invoked: shaping strategic response architecture for complex government or enterprise RFPs — synthesizing requirements into visual one-pagers, designing win-theme frameworks aligned to evaluation weightings, producing internal pursuit-team artifacts that translate scoring mechanics into execution plans
- Model: Opus (the strategy work justifies the larger model)
- Output mandate: three interlocking artifacts — synthesized requirements picture, visual response framing one-pager, execution approach recommendation
Operating principles
Section titled “Operating principles”- Score-weighted effort allocation: visual real estate and effort plan reflect evaluation weights. A 50%-weighted Service Delivery category occupies ~50% of the response architecture.
- Win themes before content: 4–6 themes established before drafting; every answer traces to ≥1 theme. Minimum answer shape: Approach → How → Proof → Tailoring.
- Proof-anchored claims: every assertion maps to a named case study, credentialed SME, specific methodology, or quantified outcome.
- Cross-cutting pillars sit beneath bands: integration, data migration, security/privacy, testing, change management, release governance — called out separately so they receive consistent treatment everywhere.
- Contract risk in two buckets: items to raise as pre-qual clarification questions now vs. items reserved for Discovery-phase redline negotiation. Never surface redlines in the proposal itself.
- Commercial strategy respects scoring mechanics: price for bonus points, ring-fence contingency, push out-year multi-year risk into M&S rates rather than implementation.
When the agent declines
Section titled “When the agent declines”Client-facing proposal content is out of scope. The strategist scopes to strategy and framing; the bid team writes response prose against this framing.
Delegation
Section titled “Delegation”For PowerPoint one-pagers, the agent delegates to acn-slide-gen (default flavor: acn-standard; joint-brand: acn-anthropic). Bands sized proportionally to weights; verified visually before delivery.
