proposal-outline-generic

Scoring-aligned response structure — 8 sections plus appendices. Each section opens with an evaluator-facing statement and lists which evaluation criteria it addresses. Section sizes are roughly proportional to evaluation weights.

risk-register

Internal pursuit-team artifact. Tracks pursuit-stage risks (will we win?) plus delivery-risk preview pulled from the draft contract. Three sub-sections cover contract red flags:

• Pre-qual clarification questions — items raised before response locks
• Discovery-phase redlines — items reserved for post-award negotiation
• Price-in / accept — items accepted as-is and priced accordingly

Plus a delivery-risk preview (top risks for handoff to the delivery team) and an open-verification-items section.

win-theme-table

Output of /acn-pursuit-toolkit:win-theme-builder. 4–6 themes; each theme captures statement, evaluation criteria addressed, proof assets, cross-cutting pillars anchored, response-workbook sections, and (optionally) anticipated counter-claim and rebuttal.

Includes an evaluation-weight coverage matrix and a self-audit checklist.
